CITY GRILLE OFFERS CORONA RESIDENTS
AMERICAN CUISINE WITH A FLAVORFUL TWIST

-- Local Family Serves Up Fresh Fare at New Corona Pointe Restaurant --

MAY XX, 2003, CORONA, Calif. -- Corona residents are in for a unique experience when City Grille opens this week in The Corona Pointe Center. Unlike the many chain restaurants in the area, City Grille is the partnership of two families with a passion for cooking and a keen interest in making their customers feel right at home.
City Grille, open for breakfast lunch and dinner, will feature unique menu offerings – innovative Mediterranean cuisine, as well as some American favorites. Graham Cracker Crust Calamari with red pepper aioli, the Kobe Beef Burger and the Brown Sugar Pork Loin Chop are just some menu samplings. For breakfast, diners can look forward to Eggs Benedict with Filet Mignon and roasted green chili hollandaise sauce, as well as French Toast stuffed with strawberry compote and mascarpone cheese.

“My brother-in-law and I have been busy creating fresh recipes and designing a rich and warm environment where customers will feel welcome,” explains Coco. “We are thrilled to be opening our restaurant in Corona. I have lived here for more than XX years, and I think residents of the community are in for a treat.”

Owners Dimitri Tsirtsis and Tula Coco are in-laws, with Tsirtsis married to Coco’s sister. Tsirtsis has been in the restaurant business for more than 25 years. He currently owns Lakeview Café in Placentia, a successful operation for more than 12 years.
Ever since she can remember, Coco grew up in her family’s restaurants -- working in the kitchen and creating new recipes at home for friends and family. Some of her original creations will be part of the new menu. Family recipes include “Tula’s Greek Salad,” as well as “Angelo’s Pasta.”
